Analog to Digital Media Transfer.
Preserve your legacy.
Every year that passes, the media of yesteryear decays more and more. Fortunately, it isn’t too late for your tapes, film, and slides to be saved. At Archival Works, we pride ourselves in preserving media for the long haul. By converting analog media to a digital format, your material can be shared, edited, saved, and passed down forever.
We can work with almost any legacy format, from VHS tapes, to old movie film, to carousels of slides. We can then deliver high quality digital files or DVDs back to you.
Need VHS to DVD? No problem. Slides scanned? Sure. 8mm film to MP4? You got it. Do you have a bunch of tapes or film rolls and just want them to work on your new TV, computer, or tablet? We can help you find a solution that fits your needs exactly.
Why You Can Trust Us
With a rich background in narrative and documentary film editing, as well as experience in digital imaging, Minneapolis based filmmaker Brian Wagner set out to archive the world’s analog media, before it’s lost forever.
At Archival Works, we push the limits of what is possible in the world of media conversion, and we are always researching new ways to keep raising the bar. We started Archival Works after being shocked by the lack of quality and care from others in the analog to digital conversion industry. We found that most other businesses doing this sort of work either shipped tapes to remote locations, sometimes overseas, or they simply used the wrong tools for the job, resulting in a low quality product.
In contrast, at Archival Works, we believe that every tape, slide, or roll of film is special and deserves its own unique care and treatment. We process all media by hand in a highly controlled environment, where we can assure we always get the best out of your materials.
