I think some of my tapes might be blank. Is that a problem?
Not at all. If we find any blank tapes, we’ll set them aside and move onto to the next tape. You will not be charged for any blank tapes.
If your tapes contain some video but have large blank sections, we will skip over those parts and not charge you for them. That is to say, if your tape has one hour of content followed by five hours of blank tape, you will only receive and be billed for the one hour of content. Short blank snippets in between shots or scenes are not skipped and will be included in your files.
