My tapes have a bunch of recorded TV mixed in. Is that a problem?
We love old Seinfeld reruns as much as the next person, but we can’t digitize that content, or any other recorded TV or movies due to their copyright. If your tapes contain a mix of home videos and recorded TV, we will just skip over the TV parts. Don’t worry, you won’t be billed for those parts of your tapes.
With all that said, if there is recorded TV or a movie that you want digitized (say, because you’re in it), talk to us and we can try to figure it out from a legal stand point.
